Some notable current ventures include humanfirewall.io, emailauth.io, bugsbounty.com, securityrating.com among others.Role: Customer Success AssociateEmployment Mode: 5 days, Work from officeLocation: Gurgaon, Sector-18Requirements:Candidates having exposure to the Cybersecurity industry will be preferred not mandatory.Past experience in working with Advanced Excel and in making powerful presentations will be a plus.We welcome candidates with a range of degrees and backgrounds, though sustained success with a significant volume of analytic and quantitative coursework is required.Any bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Operations Management/Research, MIS, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Econometrics will be entertained.Roles:Developing and managing client portfolios.Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience.Hold product demonstrations for customers & improve onboarding processes.Mediate between clients and the organization to achieve end goals.Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.Minimize customer churn to increase customer retention.
