About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert fashion and wardrobe consultation aligned with current trends and

customer preferences.

2. Deliver exceptional customer experience by anticipating needs and providing

personalised, solution-oriented service.

3. Maintain strong product knowledge across categories to confidently address

customer queries to contribute to overall store-revenue goals.

4. Identify and build relationships with high-value customers to enhance repeat

business and customer loyalty.

5. Actively promote new seasonal merchandise to maximize visibility and sales

opportunities and help the customer stay abreast of seasonal fashion trends.

6. Train and supervise Apprentices deployed at the store to bring them up the curve

as potential Fashion Consultants.

7. Manage the billing counter in the absence of the Store Manager.

8. Effectively communicate ongoing promotions and offers to influence purchasing

decisions.

9. Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally to protect brand

reputation and drive satisfaction.

10. Advise customers on suitable non-apparel options to complement purchases and

enhance overall styling.

11. Ensure merchandise presentation is maintained in line with brand and visual

merchandising standards.

12. Monitor stock levels and proactively highlight fast-moving items, stock gaps, and
