HR Executive – HR Operations Company: QSA Industries Pvt. Ltd. Location: Karnal, Haryana – Village Rindal Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month Industry: Poultry Feed Manufacturing Job DescriptionQSA Industries is looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations for our plant, office and field employees. The role will involve practical HR work including: • Employee joining, documentation and HR records • Recruitment, candidate screening and joining follow-up • Attendance, leave and employee records • Payroll inputs, salary, overtime, LWP and Full & Final Settlement • PF, ESI and other basic statutory HR work • Plant HR activities, shifts, weekly offs and employee coordination • Contract labour records and coordination • Employee grievances and basic discipline-related matters • Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation and relieving letters • HR MIS, employee master and HR trackers using Excel / Google Sheets • Supporting HR policies, compliance and other HR activities as required Candidate Profile• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Plant HR • Good understanding of basic HR processes • Working knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll • Basic knowledge of PF & ESI will be preferred • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills • Good communication skills in Hindi and English • Should be organised, responsible and willing to handle employees directly • Karnal local candidates or candidates willing to relocate preferred Freshers are generally not preferred, but candidates with relevant practical HR exposure may be considered.
