About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze genomics, transcriptomics, single-cell, microbiome, and biomedical research datasets using R or Python

2. Perform data cleaning, quality control, statistical analysis, data visualization, and biological interpretation

3. Prepare publication-quality figures, tables, comprehensive analysis reports, and reproducible notebooks

4. Search, retrieve, and summarize scientific literature and public datasets from PubMed, GEO, SRA, and related repositories

5. Draft methods, results, figure legends, research reports, posters, and academic manuscripts

6. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for coding, troubleshooting, literature organization, and workflow development

7. Verify AI-generated code, outputs, and scientific literature against original data and source references for accuracy

8. Organize scripts and outputs using Git/GitHub and maintain precise research documentation

9.
