Job Description – Store Incharge / Spare Coordinator Company Profile: Manufacturer of Cold Rooms, Dairy Machinery, and Chilling Plants Designation: Store Incharge / Spare Coordinator Location: Dantali Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge / Spare Coordinator to manage store operations, inventory, and spare parts coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, material handling, stock control, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily store operations efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. • Coordinate spare parts requirements with the service, production, and purchase teams. • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock reports. • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies. • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials. • Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material dispatch and receipt. • Maintain proper documentation and ERP/Excel records. • Follow company safety standards and store management procedures. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Required Skills • Knowledge of store and inventory management. • Experience in spare parts coordination. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage documentation and stock records. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team player with a positive attitude. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred: • Refrigeration • Home Appliances • Air Conditioning (HVAC/AC) • Automobile • Courier & Transport Qualification • Graduate/Diploma in any discipline. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Store Management or Spare Coordination. Preferred Candidate Profile • Strong organizational and inventory management skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
