JOB DESCRIPTION
We Are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Sales & Marketing professional to drive field sales, acquire new clients and grow business opportunities. You'll meet customers, understand their requirements, present suitable solutions and support opportunities through negotiation and follow-up.
Key responsibilities
Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
Generate leads and manage B2B sales activities.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Present water treatment solutions and proposals to clients.
Handle direct client negotiations and follow up to close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Carry out local marketing and business development activities.
Track sales leads, follow-ups and performance using CRM tools and Excel.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Required Qualifications &Skills
Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
2- 7 years of experience in sales or business development.
B2B, industrial, manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively.
