Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. • Coordinate with colleges, institutes, recruitment agencies, and other hiring sources. • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. • Manage employee onboarding and joining documentation. • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. • Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and company requirements. • Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and employee conduct. • Assist with performance reviews and probation follow-ups. • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data. • Handle employee queries and coordinate with management. • Support employee engagement activities. • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • 02 years of HR experience. • Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. • Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. • Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
