Job Description

Design Development

Understanding the utility requirements for Process Mechanical Packages from TUM.

Develop the Equipment layout for Process Exhaust, Process Vacuum, Compressor & PCW system.

Calculate system flow, pressure requirement.

Develop the piping layout, Ducting layout.

Prepare and review PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs;, system schematics, equipment layouts, and mechanical specifications.

Perform equipment sizing and selection for pumps, ID FANS, scrubbers, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping & Ducting system.

Conduct the Hydraulic calculation for the different streams.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, CSA, automation) to ensure alignment across design deliverables.

Compliance & Standards:

Co-ordinate with Client, Vendor for the design development.

Having knowledge of ASME/API/SEMI/CPCB/Other regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company .
