Manager/Senior Manager - MIS & Costing - Plant - ICWAI/CA

Key responsibilities:- Oversee the overall Manufacturing operations of the Surat Plant.- Preparation of the annual budgets, along with Manufacturing teams for the Plants.- Comparison of actual performance against the budget, identifying and analyzing variances, devise and monitor the implementation of necessary actions.- Fixing the product costs / transfer prices and acting as an active business partner.- Financial reporting - Timely MIS and reporting to Corporate as per deadlines lines and ensuring compliance of all laws and regulations.- Providing assistance in conducting Internal Audit for Stock / Asset Physical Verification and other key areas. - Controlling material movement and sales & purchase of inventory; monitoring purchase & consumption variance.- Control capex costs with ROI analysis and justifications and get the same approved by stakeholders as per guidelines.- Interlocutor between Manufacturing teams, R&D, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Export and Supply chain teams, for all functional spends.- Good knowledge in Inventory & inventory valuation and partner with Manufacturing teams for analysis of Inventory and keeping good hygiene.- Work with transformation team in automation projects - Handle Statutory & Internal auditors for queries and resolution.Qualifications:- ICWAI or CA- 5 years of post-qualification experience, with strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, MIS, Financial & Stock audits & Inventory valuation. .
