Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Female HR Recruiters for our Non-IT Recruitment team in Hyderabad. Candidates with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or relevant fields can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment status.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate coordination.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Candidates with relevant recruitment or industry experience will be preferred.

Salary Structure

Freshers

• 13,000 take-home salary.
• Incentives from the first month.

• Salary up to 30,000 take-home, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
