The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system security, and high availability of technology resources.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devicesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applicationsMonitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliabilityHandle user access management, email setup, and security permissionsManage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall configurationsEnsure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processesCoordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC, and support servicesProvide L1/L2 technical support to employeesMaintain IT asset inventory and documentationEnsure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standardsSupport onboarding and offboarding with system access and asset allocation🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field3–5 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or System AdministratorStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Linux basics, and networking conceptsHands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint securityKnowledge of firewalls, antivirus, data backup, and recovery systemsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – basic level preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination skills⭐ Preferred SkillsITIL certification or similarExperience in healthcare IT environment (added advantage)Exposure to cyber security tools and data privacy practices💼 Why Join Connect and Heal?Work with a fast-growing health-tech organizationOpportunity to handle enterprise-level IT infrastructureCollaborative and innovative work environmentCareer growth and continuous learning opportunities
