Join our team as an Onboarding Officer - Sales and build your career in customer engagement, telesales, and client acquisition! Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 per month Qualification: 12th Pass & Above Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO Sales / Telecalling / Outbound Calling. Freshers are also welcome to apply! Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to potential customers. Explain equity-based advisory products and understand customer requirements. Counsel customers regarding investment-related plans. Follow up with interested leads and convert prospects into clients. Manage customer interactions throughout the sales conversion process. Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business goals. REQUIRED SKILLS Good communication and convincing skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Strong sales orientation and a target-focused approach. Good customer-handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic mathematical and numerical calculation skills. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali will be an added advantage. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION 10 days of training and certification will be provided. Final onboarding is subject to successful completion of the training and certification process.
