Job Overview We are seeking an Experienced Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing, agro-industrial, or food processing operations to manage end-to-end accounting and financial compliance for our flour milling facility in Siddharthnagar. The ideal candidate will handle daily factory accounting, party billing, inventory reconciliation, GST/tax returns, bank credit documentation, and audit support. Detailed Work Scope & Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Accounting & Operational Management Purchase & Sales Management: Process purchase entries for raw material procurement (wheat purchases, Mandi tax/charges, freight, and unloading expenses). Handle sales invoicing, gate passes, billing for finished goods (Atta, Maida, Suji, Bran), and track sales realizations. Financial Reconciliations: Perform daily ledger postings, bank reconciliations, trial balance verifications, and voucher verifications in Tally Prime. Party Billing & Ledger Reconciliation: Manage vendor/grain supplier ledgers, customer/wholesaler accounts, transporter bills, and resolve balance discrepancies through regular ledger confirmations. Payroll & Expense Booking: Handle monthly salary expense booking, worker wage computations, advances, and operational expense tracking for factory personnel. 2. Tax, GST & Statutory Compliance Tax & Compliance Exposure: Support data gathering, calculation, and reconciliation for monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), e-Way bill generation, and TDS/TCS computations and filings. Mandi Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Mandi Samiti rules, documentation, and local agricultural trade regulations in Uttar Pradesh. 3. Banking & Credit Documentation Credit & Loan Appraisal: Assist in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), credit appraisal dossiers, loan syndication files, and financial statements required for bank financing, working capital lines (CC/OD), and loan restructuring. 4. Client, Bank & Team Coordination Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate directly with management, bank officials, suppliers, and internal factory teams to collect financial records, compile query responses, and prepare routine summary reports for decision-making. Academic Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile Educational Background: Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Finance, Accounting (CA Inter / MBA Finance), or a related field. Experience: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Agro, Rice/Flour Mill, or Food Processing units . Required Technical & Core Skills: High proficiency in Tally Prime (or Tally ERP 9) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas). Hands-on expertise in party billing, vendor/customer ledger reconciliation, payroll/salary accounting, and inventory yield tracking. Direct experience managing purchase and sale accounting workflows within a manufacturing plant. Strong understanding of GST portal filing, e-Way bills, Mandi tax compliance, and bank credit/DPR documentation. Work Structure, Perks & Benefits Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday).
