Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and providing assistance to users with various technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for desktop hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS and Outlook configuration to ensure seamless connectivity and communication.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations, ensuring all necessary software and updates are installed.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skills:
