Job Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for medical devices at customer locations across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission and demonstrate medical devices at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown services at hospitals, laboratories and diagnostic centres.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.

Provide user training and technical support to customers.

Coordinate with Service, Sales and Technical teams for issue resolution.

Prepare service reports after customer visits.

Maintain service records, spare parts inventory and documentation.

Travel across India as required for installation, servicing and customer support.

Required Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or related field.

1–4 years of experience in Field Service / Medical Devices / Laboratory Equipment / Healthcare Equipment.

Required Skills:

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication – Mandatory

Customer-focused approach and good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Valid driving licence preferred.

Willingness to travel PAN India as per business requirements.

Important screening points:

1–4 years relevant experience

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline

Medical device / healthcare / laboratory equipment experience preferred

Excellent English communication mandatory

PAN India travel readiness is mandatory.
