Home Loan Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the home loan sector, and will be responsible for promoting and selling various home financing products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients seeking home loans, housing loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on the various home finance options available, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan application process for clients.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the home loan or mortgage sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to understand and explain complex financial products in a simple manner.

• Familiarity with the Delhi-NCR real estate market is a plus.
