Head of Admissions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Admissions for an International School located in Undri, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and enrollment management, with a proven track record in a school setting. This role is pivotal in shaping the admissions strategy and ensuring a seamless enrollment process for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective enrollment strategies are implemented.
• Develop and execute comprehensive admissions plans that align with the school's goals and objectives.
• Foster relationships with parents and stakeholders, providing exceptional counselling and support throughout the admissions process.
• Oversee CRM and database management to ensure accurate tracking of prospective students and admissions data.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to assess the effectiveness of admissions strategies and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance outreach efforts and promote the schools offerings.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in admissions and enrollment management, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship management.
• Proficiency in CRM/database management and data analysis.
• Experience in B2C sales, admissions, or marketing is highly desirable.
