Sales and Marketing - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact gym owners using leads assigned in the sales console and articulate the value of digitizing gym management

2. Assist interested gym owners with app installation, gym profile setup, member onboarding, and initial platform usage during the trial period

3. Convert onboarded gyms to active paid monthly plans while logging all calls, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM

4. Maintain consistent engagement with onboarded gym owners over a three-month period to resolve queries and drive platform retention

5. Gather product feedback and feature requests from gym owners and trainers to share with the internal product team

6. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 3,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 /month
