3. Assist in acquiring new customers through various marketing and outreach strategies.

4. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer experience.

6. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

7. Assist in creating reports and presentations to showcase the results of customer experience initiatives.
