Salary & Exciting Benefits
Freshers: 13,000 per month + performance incentives
Candidates with HR/Recruitment internship experience: 15,000 per month + performance incentives
Performance review after 2 months
Opportunity for salary revision from the 3rd month based on performance
What Will You Do?
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
