Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute offline marketing activities for residential & commercial projects.
Handle OOH, hoardings, banners, kiosks, newspaper & print advertising.
Manage site branding, sales office branding & sample flat branding.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies and printing partners.
Manage brochures, flyers, standees, leaflets and other marketing collaterals.
Ensure consistent brand visibility across project touchpoints.
Support on-ground marketing activities and project launches.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing / Branding.
Strong understanding of offline marketing and branding activities.
Good vendor coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
