Creator/Influencer Outreach Specialist (WFH)

About the job:Stars N Celebs is an artist identity and visibility platform designed for actors, models, influencers, singers, dancers, creators, and other talent.

Our objective is to help artists build a stronger professional identity, improve discoverability, and connect directly with opportunities, without unnecessary intermediaries. We are looking for a Creator/Influencer Outreach Specialist who can identify relevant creators and influencers and initiate conversations with them for collaboration and onboarding on Stars N Celebs. This is an execution-oriented role. You will be expected to actively research creators, approach them through Instagram/WhatsApp/email, and follow up to convert relevant creators into collaborations and platform sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify relevant Instagram creators and influencers.

2. Build and maintain a database of potential creators.

3. Approach creators through Instagram DM, WhatsApp, email and other relevant channels.

4. Explain the Stars N Celebs platform and collaboration proposition.

5. Initiate and manage barter-based creator collaborations.

6. Follow up with creators and maintain regular communication.

7. Track outreach, responses, follow-ups and conversions.

8. Identify creators based on relevance, engagement, content quality and audience.

9. Coordinate with the Stars N Celebs team to execute creator collaborations.

10. Meet mutually agreed daily/weekly outreach and onboarding targets.

11. Provide regular updates on outreach activity and results.

Performance Expectations:

The role will involve measurable activity and outcomes, including:

1. Number of relevant creators identified

2. Number of creators contacted

3. Follow-ups completed

4. Positive responses

5. Collaborations initiated

6. Creators onboarded

7. Targets will be mutually discussed based on the candidate's availability and experience.
