Follow up with stockists on payment status, outstanding dues, and timely payments as per company terms. Ensure company schemes are communicated accurately and implemented correctly at stockist and retailer levels. Improve product visibility through displays and company-approved promotional materials. Monitor stock levels and slow-moving or near-expiry products, and coordinate appropriate action with the company and stockists. Resolve routine retailer and stockist concerns, escalating delivery, product quality, or payment issues when required. Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market feedback, and share opportunities for business growth. Maintain accurate daily reports of visits, new outlets, orders, sales, payment follow-ups, and market feedback. Represent THE 69 professionally and build lasting relationships that support sales and territory growth.
