Job Summary

The Engineer Customer Technical Service will be responsible for managing the automotive wax application process to ensure effective corrosion protection of production vehicles. The role involves supervising shop floor operations, monitoring process parameters, ensuring product quality, coordinating with customer production and quality teams, and supporting continuous process improvements while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.

Experience in production supervision and manpower management.

Process monitoring and quality control.

Shop floor management and safety compliance.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.

Reporting, documentation, and audit support.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Mechanical

Experience

4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, customer technical service, paint

shop, wax management system, or related production processes.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier setting.

Knowledge of automotive corrosion protection and wax application systems.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Solid analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts at the customer site. .
