Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Escalation Voice Process role based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling escalated customer calls, understanding and resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Day-to-day tasks include listening carefully to customer concerns, analyzing problems, coordinating with internal teams, and providing clear and respectful communication throughout the interaction.

The team member will document each case, follow escalation procedures, and track resolution status to closure. The role also includes identifying recurring issues, suggesting process improvements, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Escalations Management and Escalation handling skills to resolve complex customer issues effectively.Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Communication skills to manage voice-based interactions professionally and empathetically.Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, interpret information, and recommend appropriate solutions.Proficiency in English and local languages, with clear verbal communication and active listening abilities.Prior experience in a voice process, customer service, or escalation desk is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adapt to shift timings if required, and maintain composure under pressure.Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools and call management systems.Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is advantageous. .
