HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. You will get hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle: sourcing and hiring talent, onboarding new joiners, running engagement activities, and supporting employee relations. This is an ideal role for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and draft clear job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain the candidate pipeline and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / trackers

Support offer rollout, salary negotiation, and follow-ups until the candidate joins

Assist with campus hiring, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities.

Onboarding & Induction:

Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including documentation and background verification

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits

Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions

Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Finance for laptops, ID cards, email IDs, and payroll setup

Collect feedback from new joiners during the first 30/60/90 days

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Good interpersonal and people-handling skills

Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques

Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Good organisational and time-management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

0 to 2 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Service industry.
