Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards . Inspect production processes and finished products for quality control . Train, guide, and evaluate factory staff. Manage shift schedules, attendance, and workforce allocation . Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize production downtime . Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability . Maintain production records and prepare operational reports . Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency . Ideal Candidate Profile Diploma holder with minimum 6 months of relevant experience . Knowledge of factory supervision, manufacturing, fabrication, and production operations . Familiarity with sheet metal working and production processes . Should be capable of coordinating workers and managing daily factory activities.
