E-Commerce Operations - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to and onboarding new vendors across festive and cultural product categories
• Following up with vendors on pending orders and ensuring timely dispatch
• Coordinating logistics including shipping, packaging, and delivery tracking
• Verifying COD orders via call before dispatch
• Managing customer queries and order-related communication over call and WhatsApp
• Updating and maintaining product listings on the website backend
• Maintaining vendor records, invoices, and expense tracking on Google Sheets
• Supporting B2B outreach for corporate gifting and bulk orders
