You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.Required Skill Set:Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree.Possess a minimum of three years of recruitment experience.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.Roles & Responsibilities:Working on various clients vacancies.posting jobs on social media and portals.Screening & Sourcing of resumes.Candidate co-ordination for shortlisting process.Attending daily review & coordination meeting.Training the team members.Submitting resumes of candidates to the client/manager.Must haveLaptop/ComputerGood WIFI connectionTime availability - 7-8 hours/dayWe offer competitive Incentives, Bonus, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
