Insurance Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

Generate leads through calling, digital leads, references, and other company-provided sources.

Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.

Explain and recommend suitable life insurance products.

Convert leads into policy sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Complete required documentation and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.

Ensure good customer service and support after sales.

Eligibility

Any Graduate can apply.

Freshers are eligible.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.

Comfortable with sales and target-based work.

Candidates who are willing to work in a direct sales role.
