About the Internship

Skillzenloop is looking for friendly, responsible, and communication-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Email Support Interns.

This is a great opportunity for freshers, students, and recent graduates who want to develop professional communication skills and gain practical experience in customer support, email handling, and service operations.

What Youll Do

Respond to customer questions through email and digital communication channels.Understand customer requirements and provide clear, helpful responses.Handle routine customer requests using available information and guidelines.Maintain a professional and positive tone in every interaction.Follow up on pending customer queries when required.Identify issues that require escalation and share them with the appropriate team.Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and requests.Organize incoming queries based on category and priority.Coordinate with internal teams to support timely resolution of customer concerns.Contribute ideas that can improve the overall customer experience.
