Inside Sales Executive - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ZyNerd's products, features, and packages.

2. Understand their requirements and explain how the relevant product or package can help them.

3. Answer questions, address concerns, and follow up to convert leads into paying customers.

4. Take ownership of your assigned leads and achieve the monthly conversion targets set for you.

5. Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.

Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns when required.

7. Working Days: Monday to Friday. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
