Embedded Audio & AI (Raspberry Pi) - Internship

About the internship:Build the hardware side of a music company: a Raspberry Pi 5 stage keyboard rig, a home-built audio interface, and a vocal harmoniser in a box. Real devices, used on real stages.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own our Raspberry Pi 5 rig: set it up, back it up, keep it running, update it safely

2. Get our stage keyboard system (layered sounds, splits, effects, setlists, iPad control) running live on the Pi with Pianoteq and other sound engines

3. Build and test a Pi-based multichannel audio interface (audio boards, USB audio/MIDI)

4. Port our six-voice vocal harmoniser (C++) to the Pi and replace camera gestures with sensors or on-device ML

5. Measure latency and CPU, run long soak tests, and make the rig road-ready

6. Most roles are multi-role, so you'll work across two or three areas and learn a lot. If you can only give fewer days, the days, the work, and the stipend are scaled proportionally. Every day ends with a short written update in your own words.
