Caretaker

Job Summary We are looking for compassionate and responsible Caretakers to support patients during their rehabilitation journey. The role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety, and supporting the nursing and rehabilitation teams in delivering quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene. Support patients with mobility, walking, wheelchair transfers, and positioning as per clinical instructions. Assist patients during rehabilitation sessions under the guidance of Physiotherapists and other clinical professionals. Monitor patients' comfort and report any changes in health or behaviour to the nursing team. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment around patients. Assist bedridden patients with repositioning and pressure sore prevention as instructed. Provide emotional support and ensure respectful, compassionate patient interaction. Assist nursing staff with basic patient care activities. Follow infection control practices and patient safety protocols. Maintain proper handover and communicate patient care updates to the concerned team. Eligibility Minimum qualification: 10th / PUC / Any Graduation. Fresher or candidates with experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, or elderly care facilities. Basic understanding of patient handling and personal care. Good communication skills, patience, empathy, and a willingness to work in shifts. Preferred SkillsPatient handling and mobility assistance. Compassionate and patient-centric approach. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
