Education & Experience Minimum Education: Graduate (any discipline). ● Technical Education: Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp). Experience: 2 years in showroom/retail sales (preferred industry: Tiles, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Furniture, Home Appliances, Real Estate). Skills Required 1. Strong communication in Hindi/Marathi (basic English preferred). 2. Confident, persuasive personality. 3. Ability to work under targets and handle pressure. 4. Good negotiation and objection handling skills. 5. Positive attitude, hunger to grow, and long-term mindset.
