Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily MIS reports, stock reports, and dispatch/receipt records. Ensure all GRN, challans, bills, and gate passes are properly maintained. Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, purchase, and site departments. Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, proper stacking, and fire safety standards. Prevent theft, loss, or mishandling of materials. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery. Communicate stock updates to management and other teams. Handle customer/supplier queries related to warehouse operations. 🔶 Skills RequiredKnowledge of warehouse operations & material handling. Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software). Good communication & leadership ability. Ability to manage pressure and multitask.
