Job Description Store Manager
RD Distributors – Rochaldas & Sons is looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage our retail store specializing in Men’s Ethnic Wear.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, handling customers, managing the sales team, and ensuring smooth inventory and store management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Lead, supervise and motivate the store sales team.
Handle customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Assist customers in selecting suitable men’s ethnic wear products.
Monitor stock availability, inward/outward movement and inventory.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Manage billing, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline and overall presentation.
Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock and operational requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional shopping experience for customers.
Candidate Requirements
Retail experience is mandatory.
Previous experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager preferred.
Experience in Men’s Wear / Ethnic Wear / Fashion Retail will be an advantage.
Strong sales and team-management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage store operations independently.
Target-oriented and responsible approach.
Salary
50,000 – 55,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
