Branch Manager - Retail Liabilities

Manage the overall branch business, including CASA, deposits, assets, and fee-based products.

Drive new customer acquisition through market visits, references, existing relationships, and local business networks.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent, HNI, SME, and retail customers.

Achieve branch-level targets for CASA, liabilities, cross-selling, and asset products.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch sales and service team.

Identify business opportunities within the branch's catchment area and develop strategies for growth.

Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, Demat, and Investment products.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.

Monitor branch revenue, productivity, portfolio quality, and achievement against targets.

Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, internal policies, and compliance requirements.

Conduct regular reviews of team performance, pipeline, customer portfolio, and business numbers.

Coordinate with credit, operations, wealth, and other internal teams for smooth customer servicing.

Maintain proper branch documentation, audit readiness, and operational controls. .
