Performance Marketing & Special Projects Intern
01 / THE ROLE
Full-funnel admissions marketing. Hands-on execution. Data-first thinking.
Our team runs full-funnel admissions campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salesforce CRM, and GA4. We're looking for a data-first intern to support campaign operations, reporting, and analytics.
Beyond marketing, you'll contribute to special projects across multiple industries, including research, strategy, and pitch and presentation development.

03 / WHAT YOU'LL DO
Campaign operations, reporting, and analytics.
Reports & Dashboards Build Excel reports using pivot tables, lookups, and conditional logic.
Performance Reporting — Support weekly and monthly reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
Lead Data Hygiene — Manage deduplication, data enrichment, and CRM list management.
Targeting & Documentation — Maintain geo/pincode targeting lists, UTM trackers, and campaign naming documentation.
Campaign Launches — Support ad copy trafficking, creative asset coordination, and launch checklists.
Leadership & Special Projects — Assist with funnel reviews, market research, strategic analysis, and presentation development.
04 / MUST-HAVES
Excel fluency comes first.
1. Excel Fluency
Comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, and working with datasets of 10,000+ rows.
2. Commitment
Available for a minimum of 4–6 months, with the option to extend.
3. Attention to Detail
Strong numerical aptitude, accuracy, and genuine comfort working with data.
4. Process Discipline
Ability to follow structured workflows, maintain documentation, and execute tasks reliably.
05 / GOOD TO HAVE
Helpful, but not mandatory.
Ads Platforms: Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
Analytics & CRM: Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or any CRM. Salesforce experience is a plus.
Career Intent: An interest in performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics as a career path.
If Excel is your comfort zone, everything else can be taught.
