About the internship:Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Social Media & Client Servicing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for social media, and the ability to coordinate with clients while supporting day-to-day account management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and gather content.

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.

Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Prepare content calendars and schedule social media posts.

Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and required information.

Ensure all client deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Support the team with campaign execution and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
