Bancassurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bancassurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through bank channels, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones. This role requires a strong understanding of the BFSI sector, particularly in bancassurance and insurance sales, to effectively meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with bank partners to promote and sell life insurance products.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with potential customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in BFSI sales, particularly in bancassurance and life insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and bank staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of mutual funds and cross-selling techniques is a plus.
