Guest Relations Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Savera Stays manages boutique villas and curated holiday homes, delivering seamless guest experiences through strong on-ground coordination and thoughtful hospitality. We work closely with property owners, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure every stay reflects Savera’s service standards.

Role Overview:

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest communication end-to-end while coordinating closely with vendors, caretakers, and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

• Handle guest communication from booking confirmation to check-out
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest onboarding
• Address guest queries, requests, and escalations in a timely manner
• Ensure clear expectation-setting and smooth stay experience
• Follow up on feedback and assist with review management

Coordination & Liaison:

• Liaise with caretakers, housekeeping staff, and vendors
• Coordinate maintenance requests and service follow-ups
• Ensure timely updates between guests, vendors, and internal teams
• Track task completion and close loops proactively

Operations Support:

• Maintain booking details and communication logs
• Support daily operations and ensure SOP adherence
• Assist with issue resolution during active stays

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in hospitality / guest relations preferred
• Strong communication skills (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks
• High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
