Outbound Sales Agent

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, specifically targeting the US and Canadian markets. This role is crucial for driving our international sales efforts and requires a proactive approach to engaging potential clients through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA and Canada, effectively communicating our products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

The position requires working fixed shifts between 8 PM and 6 AM, accommodating the time zones of our target markets. The role is expected to be five days a week, with the possibility of six days depending on business needs.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Familiarity with the US and Canadian markets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
