About the job:Role PurposeTo take complete ownership of the assigned batch and ensure effective academic delivery, student development, classroom discipline, and a positive student-parent experience while following Sachmaas pedagogy, values, and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned lessons effectively and complete the syllabus within timelines.Follow Sachmaas teaching methodology and maintain academic standards.Monitor individual student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide timely support or additional classes.Conduct assessments, maintain records, and provide appropriate feedback.Maintain an engaging, disciplined, and well-managed classroom.Monitor student attendance and homework; follow up with parents where required.Maintain professional communication with parents and address/escalate concerns appropriately.Coordinate with Level Heads, Admin team, and other teachers for smooth batch functioning.Maintain punctuality, attendance, classroom readiness, and operational discipline.Conduct EPTs and provide additional academic support as required.Participate actively in teacher training and continuously upgrade teaching skills and subject knowledge.Maintain confidentiality, child safety, professional conduct, and compliance with Sachmaas policies.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood command of English and subject knowledgeClassroom management and student-handling skillsAbility to identify and address learning gapsTeamwork, accountability, and ownershipOpenness to feedback and continuous learningKey Performance AreasSyllabus completion and quality of academic deliveryStudent performance and progressClassroom management and student experienceParent communication and issue resolutionAttendance, punctuality, and process complianceParticipation in training and continuous improvementQualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.
