Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, HR documents, and employee master data.
Manage HRMS activities including employee data updates, attendance, leave, onboarding, and other HR transactions.
Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for attendance, leave, and employee data-related queries.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely sharing of attendance, leave, new joiner, exit, and salary-related inputs.
Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments, and other employee lifecycle movements.
Coordinate employee separation formalities, including resignation documentation, exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlement inputs.
Ensure timely completion of background verification and maintain relevant records.
Support statutory and HR compliance activities including PF, ESIC, PT, labour law documentation, and other applicable requirements.
Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular reports related to headcount, joining, exits, attendance, leave, and employee movements.
Prepare and issue HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee communication.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate access and handling of employee information.
Support HR audits and provide required employee records and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Shared Services.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and employee lifecycle management.
Good understanding of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance processes.
Strong knowledge of employee documentation and HR processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
Experience in the real estate, construction, or related industry will be an added advantage.
