Business Development Associate

Position: Business Development Associate / TeleSales ExecutiveLocation: Sector 63, NoidaWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)Key Responsibilities:Pitch and sell Ayurvedic products through direct tele-calling, retail interactions, and clinic tie-ups.Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and drive business growth.Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and prospects.Clearly explain product benefits, ingredients, usage guidelines, and answer customer queries.Conduct virtual or on-site product demonstrations as and when required.Consistent focus on achieving daily and monthly sales targets.Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and submit daily/weekly performance reports.Perform regular follow-ups with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and cross-selling.Mandatory Requirements & Candidate Profile:Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Sales / TeleSales / Business Development.Industry Preference: Prior exposure in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, Wellness, or Ayurveda is a strong plus.Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.Communication: Strong command over verbal English and Hindi with excellent convincing capabilities.Skills: Target-driven mindset, negotiation abilities, and basic computer proficiency for report management.Perks & Benefits:Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).Incentives: High-earning daily and monthly target-based incentive plans.Career Growth: Clear progression path within the booming Ayurvedic and wellness sector.Recruitment Terms: 15 Days' Salary Payout | 60 Days Lock-in Period.Interview & Direct Line-Up Details:Direct Walk-In Slots:Slot 1: 11:00 AM 1:00 PMSlot 2: 2:30 PM 5:00 PM
