Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new products from concept through to production, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of injection moulding processes and materials, particularly plastics, as well as experience in design development and new product design. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing the prototyping and testing phases. The successful candidate will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturability. Required skills for this position include expertise in new product development, proficiency in injection moulding techniques, and a solid foundation in design principles. Familiarity with CIPET standards and practices will be an added advantage.
