About the internship:Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Understand business processes, operational workflows, and stakeholder requirements.

Gather and document business requirements for product features and improvements.

Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.

Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest possible improvements.

Product & Process Analysis

Work with business and technology teams to understand product requirements.

Analyse user needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.

Assist in defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Support the team in improving product functionality and user experience.

Documentation & Coordination

Maintain requirement documents, process flows, and project-related records.

Coordinate with developers, testers, and business teams to clarify requirements.

Assist in reviewing product features against business requirements.
