Position: Sr executiveDept: Pre salesSalary Bracket: 40 - 50kKey Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries.Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.
