Import Export Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Import Export Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade and compliance, particularly within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that all import and export activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DGFT, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
• Handle marine insurance and GR waiver applications to mitigate risks associated with international shipping.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure that the company adheres to these standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in import/export operations.
• Provide support in resolving any issues related to shipments, documentation, or compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of EXIM policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with export import documentation and compliance regulations.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and electronic components is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
